Dream House--why did you wait until now to come on the market? We have been waiting and watching for you for 4 years now since we tried to buy your neighbor. But no....you had to wait until we conceded and did a huge reno on our current house using a significant portion of our available cash. Not to mention if we were to sell everything we own we still couldn't really afford you without selling another piece of real estate. How in the hell are we going to sell our house in this market before someone else spots your dreamy-ness and scoops you up?
I'm so sad dream house! I wanted to love you and live in you forever!
