My baby started squinting occasionally -- is this normal?

My 11 month old just started squinting here and there -- maybe once or twice a day, but not everyday. He had a routine eye exam at 10 months and everything was normal. I'm going to bring this up to the doctor at his 12 month appointment, but I wanted to hear if anyone else experienced this with their babies.

My 9 month old just started giving what we call the "stink eye." It's like she's making a nasty face at us that involves squinting and smooshing up her face a bit. I have interpreted it as yet another fun (for her) thing she has learned to do. Do you think your DS is doing it to get a reaction out of you or just for the fun of it or does he seem to do it in certain circumstances? I probably wouldn't worry too much about it unless there are other suggestions that he is doing it for vision reasons.
