Im currently taking a sociology class and with my newborn DD and 3yr old DS Im not really able to get out and about and socialize right now. And since Im not returning to work...my social contacts are confined to the internet right now.
Anyway the point of post was to ask if anyone in a minority group (racial/ ethnic) would mind answering 3 questions for me? You dont have to answer on this thread, but I can post the questions here and you can PM me if you are interested in sharing your story with me. The paper is due next weekend (I just realized) so Im on a bit of a time crunch. Id really appreciate any volunteers. But I totally understand if it makes anyone uncomfortable. Here are the questions:
1. Have you ever been a victim of prejudice?
2. In which environments does prejudice exist and to what extent: school, work, media?
3. Have you ever been a victim of discrimination? Please explain the incident or incidents.
