Ultimate Crib Sheet Usage???

Our Munire Essex crib is now set up. I got one Ultimate Crib Sheet to try out. However, it doesn't seem like it fits our crib very well. The elastic loops/snaps don't line up with the crib bars very well and are pulled in odd directions. I don't think it's going anywhere, but looks a little out of sorts. The straps barely fit around the corner posts. Has anyone else had this problem? It look a lot of effort to attach so I'm not sure I'm going to be saving time in the long run.

It took quite a while and a lot of tugging to get the Ultimate Crib sheet attached right in DS's crib. I used it for about the first month and found that it really wasn't necessary. I just change the crib sheet.
