For the past 2 nights DD, who goes to bed at 8 pm) has been having issues and not getting to sleep until 9:30ish. I have to rub her back to get her down in the first place (or rather DH does every night while I deal with DS). For the past 2 nights she has had milk in bed (her usual actually) gotten out to use the potty, thrashed around in bed, tried to engage me in conversation etc... Yesterday she took a 45 minute nap in the afternoon which threw her off (when she naps she doesn't go to bed on time). Today I don't get it. I finally walked out of her room and let her cry for a few minutes to see if that would tire her out. She finally fell asleep after 1.5 hours by herself (something she has not done in 3 months). I hope we are headed back to that, but I cannot wait for DH to get home tomorrow!
