flip flop wedge help....foot slide forward

The wedge is high....3 inches and my foot slides forward. Anything I can put in the flip flop (that won't look hideous when I take off the flip flops) so my foot won't slide forward? Thanks!

I called DSW to see if they had them and they don't think the foot petals will work on a flip flop....they have something specifically for a flip flop....will have to check that out.
