Un-be-lie-va-ble. So she's a terrible parent, because her toddler was having a tantrum? Well, then every parent in the world is a terrible parent. Of course, you have to be the parent of a toddler to understand you can't really make a screaming toddler shut up. And if you walked out of a store everytime the kid screamed, you would never be able to shop. Sometimes you just have to ignore the screaming to get something done.
