Hi, I'm about to buy my DD's big girl bed and I'm looking for a full sized cherry sleigh bed. I can't seem to find it reasonably priced anywhere.

Any thoughts on where to look?

Thanks.

What are you looking to spend? i got my DD a full sized sleigh bed from Pottery Barn. Granted, its not actually cherry wood. But its stained dark like most cherry is. It was expensive at about $1200. So I'd imagine you'd pay at least that, but probably more for real cherry.

I live in VT and we have lots of furniture stores up here that make cherry furniture.

Pompanoosuc Mills, Lyndon, VT Furniture Designs, Copeland Furniture. You may try those, they all have websites.

Ours is a queen, but we got it at Slumberland. You could try there (it was around $400 or $500, I think).
