Anyone have Globe life insurance for their kids?

Hi everyone. Does anyone have Globe life and accident insurance for their kids? i got something in the mail about it yesterday. I can 25K coverage for $7.99 a month on our DS.
I would love any feedback or thoughts. Thanks!

We are getting a whole life policy for DS through the company that does our homeowner and auto insurance. We are getting it primarily so that if he develops a health condition later, that he will at least have some form of life insurance already going at a lower premium rate. DH has Crohn's and my family has had some real odd-ball medical things come up, so I feel like it is a wise idea for us to do this. DH and I have policies through our employers right now but will be getting additional "stand alone" policies, too. It will be interesting to see how DH's actual rate comes out once we do his medical history compared to what the average rate should be.
