I love the Grands cinnamon rolls, but don't generally buy them because of the HFCS and hydrogenated oils. Would love to have a recipe to try making my own. TIA

When I get home, I'll post the one I have from Moosewood Low Fat Favorites.
DH loved it, and it's made with mostly whole wheat flour, so I considered it a success!
I'd love the Moosewood lodge one.
I've done Alton Brown's and they were great but alot of work.
I have a no-rise recipe that come out more like a biscuit but are delish if you are interested (not sure of the source, my mom gave it to me).

Yes, please post your recipe. Thanks!!!
Ingredients:
Filling
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
Biscuit
2 cups flour
3 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter
1 egg
2/3 cup milk
Icing
½ cup confectioner’s sugar
milk or cream
Instructions
Filling:
Cream butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon together. Set aside
Biscuit:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a food processor bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly – Or prepare by hand with a pastry blender.
Whisk egg and milk together. Add all at once to the dry ingredients and whirl.
Turn dough onto a floured surface and roll or pat into a 9 or 10-inch square. Spread filling over and roll up like a jellyroll. Cut into 12 slices.
Arrange rolls in a greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove from pan.
Icing:
Combine sugar with enough milk to make a thin glaze and drizzle over rolls.

Thanks for posting the recipe, bnme. Just one question- when you plaxce the rolls in the pan, do you put then close togetehr as you would with regular cinnamon buns?
Thanks!
I space mine evenly, so they are sorta close but not touching. They grow a little. I've also done them in round pan close together with the few extra that didn't fit in a muffin tin.
