When LO starts struggling to finish the bottle. If it's flowing too slow, they usually get frustrated, will fuss, and won't finish the bottle. If you see this happen, move up to the next stage nipple and see if that helps!

You want to keep your LO and the slowest flow nipple they will tolerate to prevent overfeeding.
