Just wondering if Kohl's ever does any special deals/ sales (on top of what's posted in stores), or if you can ever use any special coupons or coupon codes if you don't have a Kohl's charge card. I'd like to get one, but need to get things more in order here financially first, and want to convince DH that it's worth getting another store card (we have a Macy's one that we rarely use).
