Headwings Foam Came Unglued!

I just removed the cover on my son's Young Sport child seat to wash the cover. When I removed the top part of the cover (the part that goes over/around the headwings), the foam came unglued on both sides. What should I do? Can I reglue it? Or will the cover hold it in place? Is it safe to use?

Tried calling Recaro, but their office is only open M-Th 8-5 so that's not helpful for this weekend.
