Need a nice dress for a November Wedding!

Help...i'm 3 1/2 months post partum,and i'm going to need a really nice dress for an upcoming November Wedding-which happens to be a black tie optional affair....i'd like suggestions as to where to find something very nice/fancy that's going to be very flattering/forgiving-as i still have weight to lose since just having my baby-

If you look on Nordstroms site, they have a fit giude and you can choose "apple" for carrying some weight around the middle:

I attended two fall weddings when I was about 7 months pregnant with DS1. I bought a strapless empire chiffon dress at Bloomies that was perfect - comfy and flattering. PM me the size are you looking for. I can try to find something similar online.
