decathlon does not have an instruction manual in the box? This seat is brand new and I was hoping to install it today and there is no manual. I am off to the website to see if I can download one. Just curious if this is the norm.

It's usually attached to the chair, down near the bottom, and in it's own little slot down there.

Found it. Thanks! It was hooked on a cord. It's kinda weird because it is near the styrofoam that you are not supposed to throw away and was kinda hard to get to.

It's a bit awkward to use, IMO. But, you don't lose it at least!
