Just purchased a glider a need help!

We just purchased a Dutailier Glider last night and I really like it, but I noticed that when we got it home, it doesn't glide as smooth as the one in the store. I'm not sure if we put it together wrong or it will work itself out? It seems like alot of money to have to work it self out. Any suggestions?

You should be able to exchange it at the store for a different one. My Best glider worked exactly the same as the floor model.
