My sleep cognitive behavioral therapy has not only ended a fifteen year insomnia problem, it has also justified a daily nap in my office. :) Per my sleep therapist, I am allowed to sleep from 20-30 minutes mid-day at a specific point in my circadian rhythm which he figured out for me. Needless to say this is my FAVORITE part of the whole regime!!
Anyway, any inexpensive solutions for a pallet or cot or chaise for my office. I am willing to spend up to $400 for a chaise but doubt I can find anything. I think I might be better off buying some sort of pallet or roll up foam - - something I can shove inside a large lateral file.
Any suggestions?
