Accident not in car

DH has a Graco Nautilus installed in his car as well as backless Graco TB (obviously not installed). Last night his car was in a parking lot and a drunk driver ran through a fence and plowed into DH's car. Thankfully no one was hurt and DH did not find out until hours later, but it looks like the car is totaled.

You can guess my question and I think I know the answer, but I wanted to check.

Do I need to replace the Nautilus and backless TB?

I am guessing the answer is yes, but my beautiful Nautilus that I scored for such a great price looks unharmed.

What about the TB since it was not installed?

I'd scavenge the covers and get your/drunk driver's insurance to pay. As your DH was 100% not at fault, I would INSIST that both seats be replaced. The GN definitely needs to be replaced. I'd probably get drunk guy's insurance to replace the backless booster with a Clek. The booster probably d/n need to be replaced, but if you push them and demand a letter of indemnity in case there is a problem in the future, you'll probably have no problems getting reimbursed.
