Anyone installed a snugride in a prius?

I'm looking at renting a prius for an upcoming holiday. We will be using a snugride carseat for DD. Was wondering if there will be enough room for the passenger in the front, who is 5'9". TIA!

I have installed my Safeseat (the 32" infant bucket) in my Mom's new Prius, and it fits fine. It is outboard, behind the passenger seat. I'm 5'6 and have ridden just fine in the front seat. It might be a bit snug if the front passenger was really tall, but it's a Prius- they'd be a bit snug anyway.
I think you'll be surprised by the fit.

Oh, I just saw that your passenger is 5'9". Probably ok. Maybe a little squishy, but not bad. Everyone should be safe.

Remember you can leave the handle up in the carry position on the Snugride in the car, so that makes things fit a little better :)
