I seem to remember that only certain stores carry the 1-2s ans 2-3s. Was it Target?

Target does carry them. I have only seen the Super Mega 58 count there for around $17-18.

BRU has them too. Mega Pack count 48 for $17-18. Box of 152 for $40.99.

I would go with Diapers.com because for $41.99 you don't have to leave.

Right now we had to return to Swaddlers because DS2 is in-between size 2 (too short) and 3 (too big). Luckily he isn't having a reaction to them like he used too. Kids are sooo weird............

I got them from BRU whenever they had the $5 off coupons and used manu coupons on top of that.

My target carried 2-3's but not 1-2's. The only place I've seen 1-2's is diapers.com

BJ's carries the 1-2s and 2-3s in the really big cases. There's a $5 BJs coupon in this month's MemberSavings Book. If you don't have one they can sometimes give you one at the customer service desk if you ask. You can also stack a manf. coupon on top of the $5 one.
