Made foam hand soap but no foam...what did I do wrong??

I've started using castile soap in my bath and body works foaming soap dispensers and I've been doing about 1/4 soap and fill the rest with water..........all of my bottles are pumping out beautiful foam except one...........it just comes out runny....no foam at all.............so did I add too much water or too much soap.........??

I've had that issue before too. Try adding a little more soap and/or REALLY rinsing it out well w/hot water.

For me, when it's runny, I need more water. Can you try the pump from a working dispenser to see if the pump is the problem?
