We got by with a light case. Susanna tested positive on Friday afternoon (and started Tamiflu) and by Saturday morning, her fever was down to 99 and it dropped to normal by midday. She was acting entirely normally. Today, she's bouncing off the walls. Her doctor said she could go back to school after 2 days of temps below 100. We're going to play it by ear on that one tomorrow morning. She still has an infrequent cough that sounds ugly but she's on albuterol treatments and it's getting better. We're watching for secondary pneumonia since that's what's killing folks.
I started with mild symptoms yesterday when I woke up (mild fever, aches, heacache, dry cough) and started Tamiflu last night. I'm feeling quite a bit better today.
The CDC is recommending that even if you have Type A/H1N1 that you get the vaccine anyway. Since our case was so mild, I'm inclined to take that advice. I'm not sure I trust the immunity from having it so mildly.

Susanna tested positive for Type A flu this afternoon. 98-99% it's H1N1. *sigh*
