Cross border shopping must-haves?

My sister posted on Facebook recently, how sad she was that she was down to her last can of Cherry Coke Zero that she bought on a recent trip to Washington. I haven't been across the border in probably a decade (don't even have a passport!), but I often drool at the threads about Trader Joe's cookies etc. So, if you cross-border shop (either regularly or even a once a year stock-up trip), what are your must-haves?

Just curious and hoping to live vicariously through those of you who live close to the border. ;) I'm about 4 hours away so it's not really a day trip, IYKWIM.

If my girls d/n have food allergies, I'd get more stuff at TJs. I have heard from coworkers that their licorice is TDF, but I haven't tried it myself.
