In a couple of weeks, DD will be moving from the infant room to the toddler room at her daycare. The teachers in her infant room (there are 5 of them) have been AMAZING- with her, and with us as well- patient, creative, positive, enthusiastic, etc.
When she moves, we'd like to show our appreciation to them in some way, I'm just not sure what's appropriate. Some of my thoughts are:
- A nice card to all of them.
- Some homemade cookies/muffins.
- A small gift card (maybe $10 to Starbucks or a book store) for each of them.
- Making a donation in their honor to a children's charity.
- Something for the infant room itself (I saw a 'wishlist' on the wall the other day, although I think it's really a priority list for when they get more budget money).
Any thoughts? Just wondering what others have done.
