View Full Version : Quilt Clips
Hi,
I am expecting in a couple of months and I'm in the process of decorating the baby's room.
I have a really nice quilt that I want to hang, but I've had a hard time finding quilt clips. I found a pair of stars at BRU that were too big and didn't match the decor.
I was going to look for some fancy binder clips, but wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions.
Thanks.

Have you tried eBay? I bought these simple but nice wooden clips from the following seller a few years ago when decorating our nursery.

We bought quilt clips from Little Elephant. We had two adult sized quilts to hang in the nursery, so I bought a lot, but it turned out they were stronger than I thought.
Here's the quilt clip page: http://littleelephantcompany.com/quiltclips.html
You can also look here if you want to see what the clip part looks like (http://littleelephantcompany.com/quiltclips/howtouse.html).

Second vote for Little Elephant Company. I bought the ladybugs clips for my daughter's nursery & they worked very well. The clips don't require that you put huge holes in your wall; tiny nails do the trick to hold up clips & quilt. I liked mine so much I recently ordered new clips to hold other quilts!

Does PBK still carry? I have the white star ones and they look cute and are easy to hang. Used them for both my boys' nurseries and my daughter's.

I'm late to the party here, but I got some quilt hangers at Jo-Ann a while ago. They were just simple blocks of wood that could be painted. I ended up haning the quilt a different way and never used them, so I can't speak to how convenient they are (or aren't).
JCPenney used to have a quilt rail hanger. I don't know if that would work for you.
