The Kenmore Elite model we currently have is a disaster and a half and we need to order a new DW quickly. I would love your input due to some special circumstances.
It needs to be fairly quiet because it will be close to the baby's room and I need a model that does a good job of washing without pre-rinsing. It doesn't have to be fancy.
Here's the hitch: our apartment is temporarily off the market after our contract to sell fell through last month and we plan on relisting in the spring, sooooo I don't want to spend a lot of money, but I want something reliable in case we are not able to sell right away. I will not buy another Kenmore, FWIW.
