How are these better than the Halo sleepsacks? I can get those for much cheaper.
I love grobags and much prefer them over halo sleepsacks. They are longer in length and so last longer. And for some reason, I think that grobags are not treated with flame retardant...although I may be making that up!

I tried to get a 6-18 mo 2.5 tog for DS, but they are already all gone! Well, except for 2 pink ones. Darn!

I got some of these last time they were on mama bargains and I loved them! So much nicer than HALO sleepsacks. I got a 6-18 month size. My question is once your DC started to stand and pull themselves up, did you continue to use them? It seems like she could trip over the fabric if I continued to use them.....
How long did you use your grobag?

my daughter is 21.5 months and we'll be using these until she outgrows them. we still use her lighter weight 6-18 month size, but i do like the bigger size better. i picked up two 2.5 tog in the largest size for her today :) i just bought lu a babydoll sleepsack as a christmas or birthday present and joked with DH about how she'll be in a custom made sack at 16 years :) she loves them. my mother used to make fun of it a bit until she tired to put lucy down for her nap without her sleepsack and she cried :)
we had halo sacks until we got these... i liked those too. we also were big time swaddlers. and miracle blanket users. our little lu likes her "cocoon of safety!"

We used them until they were about 2 and a half. They looked cute trying to walk around in them in the morning. It wasn't ever really a problem. We finally quit because of potty training and moving to toddler beds.

Army_mom,
My son slept in the largest size grobag (we ordered it online from Europe) until he was FIVE!!! He did not want to go out of it. He felt so secure in them. I think it also kept him from jumping out of his bed whenever he woke up! He was cute as a button when walking around in it...think Cindy Lou Who from the Grinch...
I love these bags and highly recommend them!!!
