Is there anywhere I can easily check to see what Marathon fabric options are 2009 DOMs & which are older?

Well, some retailers like albeebaby sell older discontinued covers on brand spankin' new seats so knowing when the cover was manufactured might not tell you much. You can always call/ e-mail a retailer and ask about DOM or request the most recent DOM.
