Radian 89SL RF to 40 lbs.
Radian 65SL RF to 40 lbs.

Is that for all 2009 manufacture dates?

I'm just trying to navigate carseats again since I may switch DD from her MA and DS will need something like the nauti or frontier very soon.

Anything made from 09/08 on has a 40lb limit.
The XTSL and 80SL from 09/09 on have a 45lb limit. 65SL will still be 40.

I *think* the SL's are just now starting to ship from a few retailers, but only in a few cover options, the rollout on all covers is lagging.

Yes, like Jools said, all XT SLs and 80 SLs have a 45# RFing weight limit. The 65 SL will only be 40#. Any other Radian without an SL in the name but with a DOM after 09/08 has a 40# RFing weight limit. If you are interested in an SL, PM for deals. I ordered two and have scoured the internet for deals. I recommend either the 65 SL or the XT SL. I ordered and 80 SL and don't love it, so I am returning it and waiting for the XT SL I ordered from babycatalog. Some XT SLs just started shipping (my fabric is delayed until Nov). Hipmonkey.com has a schedule with delivery dates on their website.
