I remember posting this a couple of years ago, and I don't think anyone had a clear recommendation at the time. Everything they have at Target says "not safe for children under 8, contains lead." Anyone know where I can find non-toxic, lead-free face paint for DD's Halloween costume? TIA for any leads!
