Need Plan City help!

I'm not sure which of the sets to get. I'm undecided between the Road & Rail Deluxe or the Road System Deluxe. DS is not too into trains at the moment but of course that could change at any time. He does have the small train set from Ikea that he occasionally plays with. I already have the Plan parking garage stored away for December. Any advice? I need to order one of them in the next 2 weeks since we have a Plan Toys co-op.

Road and Rail has both tracks and roads, so I might go with that. DD is getting the Parking Garage for X-mas, too!

I think the road system looks like more fun if you already have a train set.
