i've enjoyed the new balance slide-on shoes but can't seem to find any new ones on their website... i think it's time to branch out. :) i would love any comfy suggestions.

fwiw - in the past, i've randomly bought them at marshalls, tj max etc, but don't have time to browse in store and would prefer something online.

I had a pair of these in navy (but canvas) and they were so comfortable. They discontinued making them in canvas which really stinks but I may go for these. I can feed my navy tennis shoe need with some Tretorns. http://www.buzzillions.com/dz_1095131_nike_afterparty_ii_trl_reviews
I think they have them at JC Pennys.

I have LLBean Comfort Moc slides. Thinking about it, they are probably over 7 years old, and they are so comfy I loooove them and can't chuck 'em. Of course, now they only have sunwashed canvas, not great for winter.

They also have these, which I have not tried but based on the ones I have I would guess comfy.

Have you tried Naots? I will be the first to admit they can be quite ugly and pricey to boot, but they are ohhhh so comfy. Most of their shoes aren't athletic but the Koru and Vibe collections have bottoms similar to athletic shoes. Here are a few slip-on styles --

Sozo: http://www.naot.com/cgi-bin/show_product.pl?yaleet_number=11043&cat=10
