Inglesina Zippy Bassinet?

Can you use the Zippy Bassinet as a primary sleeper for the first couple of months? We are thinking about doing this (or the bassinet on the Graco PacknPlay).

Yes it's very possible. I had an old hand-me-down Peg Perego Bassinet/Pram and our son slept in it for the first fe months of his life. We plan to have our next baby do the same.

I felt the bassinet provided a great deal more support than what the Pack and Play offered. And a crib just felt soooo big. However they use it for such a short time I don't think I would have bought it just for the few months.
