BUT many who bought it & reviewed it said that even the biggest size (4T) is too small for even a 1 year old. Anyone know of a similar winter hat that provides comprehensive coverage like this one (neck, chin, ears)? Most hats velcro under the neck, but don't cover as much as the OneStepAhead one.
