I am making a batch of cupcakes this afternoon to send in with DS tomorrow. The recipe makes 24 and I will be sending 12 tomorrow. I want to serve the remaining cupcakes at his party Saturday afternoon. What should I do with the remaining cupcakes for Saturday - store at room temperature, freeze, refridgerate? I don't plan on frosting them until Friday night.
