I recently tried to purchase a stroller from Mercantia.com, affiliated somehow with stroller superstore and a number of other online "storefronts."
If you do a quick google search of Mercantila you will see countless account of poor business practice.
I won't go into all of the details, but in short my experience has shown that the website will tell you they have an item and that it will ship, but this is not true. To cancel an order is a painstaking process and the Customer Service people that you can talk to on the phone default to someone else with whom you can't speak.
Just wanted to warn other parents who may be considering purchasing from them or one of their online affiliates.
