Too cute! How old is too old for a playhouse like that? ;) DD would love it but I feel her days in a small house like that are limited!

Has anyone ordered from this person before? I've never ordered from Etsy before but I LOVE this! Do you all think this would be appropriate for a 1 year old? I am thinking about ordering one for my daughter's bday in February.

I haven't ordered from that seller--but the feedback looks good- 100% --you can read the comments there for some first hand feedback.
