Enfamil or Similac coupons stack?

Ok, I should know this but have I lost my mind completely? Regarding those formula coupons you receive in the mail. Are you able to stack them? say use 2 $5 coupons for a total of $10 off a can or can you only use them one time per purchase? I can't see where is says on the paper. I noticed the other day that the Enfamil coupon I received in the mail did not say that it was to be used as a form of payment like it has in the past but it says that it is a "coupon". Has something changed? Maybe that is meant for the cashier at the store to tell them how to use it, I don't know.

I have bought formula at Costco, Walmart, and Target and have never been able to do this. I have been able to stack Target Similac coupons with Similac checks.
