Thanks to everyone for their tips on party-planning, game & craft ideas, punch recipes, goodie bag advice, etc. Our party ended almost 2 hours ago, the house was a bit of a disaster after everyone left (I think we had around 35 people- including kids ages 1-7- within a 4 hour time frame), but DH and I managed to get DD to bed only about 30 min. later than usual and clean up most of the house. We're both chilling in the living room with the cat and our laptops, enjoying the peace and quiet :wink2:. While my body's tired and there's more to be cleaned up tomorrow, I'm really happy that it worked out so well, the weather cooperated, we had plenty of food (way too much, in fact), enough room for people to sit and mingle (which I was concerned about), and we can keep the decorations up for another week for the trick-or-treaters :).
