For the voice systems, saying "agent", "help", "representative" or "customer service" almost always works. :)

The voice systems are the worst for me. For some reason, even though I speak as clearly as possible, I have to say my request about 90 million times. I have a slight Texas accent, but it's nothing that should interfere with a machine being able to understand me. Usually I end up getting connected to or put on hold with a person after the machine fails to understand me for the 4th or 5th time. Definitely nice tips here.
