Anyone have problems with Crane?

I just purchased the elephant and it will not stay on. Keeps turning to red light. I have emailed/called customer service but had no luck. I don't know if I should sent it back and get a different one.

Anyone deal with CS or send it back?

I had issues with a dragon, but now it works again. Sorry I can't be of more help!

I've had problems off & on with our Cow. It's working again now, for some reason. The penguin has always worked well.
