DS kept asking to have a Halloween party for his class, so we're doing it on Halloween Morning from 11-1, figuring on pizza and juice by 12:15 or 12:30.

Any craft or game suggestions that'll last an hour to 1 1/2 hours? I saw on an earlier post about decorating tote bags to be used for T or Ting (we're going T or Ting as a group afterwards for those that choose to join in).

I think we're going to have at least 15 kids, mostly 1st graders but a few younger siblings added; i have treat bags for all.

I don't have a huge house and i'm sure a bunch of the kids will end up playing downstairs and some on the 1st floor, just like for DS's birthday party.

Help!!!!

I wrote a thread a few weeks ago and got some great ideas:

We did the spider-web thing, it didn't work all that great with 2 year olds (they wanted to run with the string, etc), but it was still fun. One adult at the party who was a teacher said she had done it with 5th graders and it worked great, so I don't think 1st graders will think it's too babyish.
