DS's preschool has what looks like a set of magnatiles. Included in the set are a couple of clear tiles that have what look like iron filings in them, as well as some little magnetized wands. DS loves to use the wands to both attract and repel the regular tiles, as well as make the iron filings move around. Are these pieces part of any known Magnatiles set? Or do these sound like a different toy? I asked a teacher where they got them, and apparently they were donated quite a few years ago. I didn't get to see if there was any box either.
