Maybe some very specific examples of why you are so happy with her. Example: "We really appreciate how you speak to our family with respect and professionalism." "We appreciate how you always stay on time and do not make us wait too long in the waiting room." She can save these in her file for future job prospects. I am an audiologist and have lots of letters like these in my file. VERY appreciated.
