I picked one of these up at the library for my 4.5 year old. Other then racetracks/ train tracks (read- swirly lines taking up the whole page) he is not a big coloring/ drawing fan. However he has sat at the table and been drawing using this book for HOURS!! And most of his pictures are really recognizable :) I can even draw and I have 0 artistic ability! Amazing book and lots of FUN!! These are so going on the Christmas list! (If anyone knows a deal please let me know!)

Amazon has 4-3 on a lot of these now. One of my students told me about them and I bought a bunch for my children and to give to nephews in the 6-8 range for Christmas. They are awesome.

Oh! I used to use those books when I was little! They are super easy to follow and just plain cute to browse through.

The finger print book + stamp pad is a go to gift for me.

There is also a Klutz book with fingerprint ideas that comes with about 5 different colored little stamp pad sections.

I got a bunch of his books from Half Price Books over the summer. DS also loves his DVD "Squiggles, Dots and Lines".

I just checked Half.com and they had a bunch of them there for under $5.00. http://search.half.ebay.com/Ed-Emberley_W0QQmZbooksQQsbyZ2

I'm mostly done with DD's Christmas shopping, but I may have to get a couple of these for her birthday. Now, to decide which one?
