Magnesium Supplement?

Can you recommend one? I have been taking Natural Calm but the last two times have had really bad gas pains. I'm not sure what is up, if it is the fizziness or that I didn't let it dissolve well, but I am not trying it again. I'm having a lot of anxiety symptoms and the Magnesium should help. TIA!

Slow-Mag. This has been recommended to me and my Mom by at least 3 different doctors. It's a tablet that is time released. My Mom and I take it for cardiac issues. Neither of us has had any problems with it. If you go to Costco, you can get it there. It should be at the pharmacy. They keep it behind the counter for some reason, not sure why, but you just have to go there and ask for it.

I take Country Life Cal/Mag and have had tremendous help with it
for my panic/ anxiety.

I used to get it at Whole Foods, but found it MUCH cheaper at Vitacost. As a matter of fact, I get most of my supplements there, now. It's sooo cheap!
