Last week one of the wheels broke on our wagon and I called to get the price for replacements. I was quoted $14 shipped. Today I called to place the order and it is $25 for TWO PLASTIC tires, not even the axels. As of TODAY they instituted a new shipping policy making it outrageously expensive! The CS rep was totally rude about it too. That old wagon isn't worth $25....so annoying.
