Most of the time. I ordered some large rugs that had to be returned via mail (they sent the wrong one 2 times!)

I think it will see in the item's description if it can or can not. I know someone on here got screwed with something like a patio set. Check carefully.

usually. it will say in the item's description whether it can or can't. i've purchased maternity clothes from Target.com and all items were described as being able to be returned at a Target store.
