DD#1 and I got our H1N1 vaxes today -- literally painless and figuratively so (no lineup, our fave public health nurse stayed late to give it to us and is giving it to DH tomorrow morning early).
I pray that DD#2 will get her unadjuvanted version soon. DH is freaked -- one of his coworkers twins both have it, as does that coworker and his wife. One of my coworkers came down with it today. She was last in the office this past Friday -- thankfully, I was at home all last week with my own (non H1N1) symptoms.
I hope this was the right thing to do. I do feel a sense of relief, though.
