For recommending More Milk Plus! That stuff is magical. I don't think even Fenugreek worked that well for me. I started taking it when AF came back, my supply tanked, AND I had to start pumping again after a month break. It's been almost 2 weeks, and not only are my nursing levels back, but I'm pumping 3-4 oz every night before I got to bed, which is plenty!

Too bad it's so pricey, but considering how much I have to take (1/4 tsp 4 times a day??), it's well worth the money!

Where do you get More Milk Plus? AF recently came back for me and my supply has been low for a few days. I am using Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle but sounds like More Milk Plus would be better.
